Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 September 2026. These Terms govern your use of ParcelCam (“the App”), published by LiteShoper. Package ID: com.oniapp.packproof. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What ParcelCam is

ParcelCam is an Android app for recording packing and parcel evidence (video, photos, AWB / barcode capture, watermarks, history, export, optional LAN remote control, and optional Google Drive backup for Pro users). It is intended for business and seller use.

2. Your account & eligibility

3. Your content & responsibilities

4. Google Drive backup

If you enable Google Drive backup, you authorize the App to create and manage backup files only in Drive locations associated with the App (scope limited to files the App creates). You must have a valid Google Account and sufficient Drive storage. LiteShoper does not control Google’s service availability, quotas, or account security.

Uploading evidence to Drive is your choice. Review who has access to that Google Account. Temporary ZIP files used for upload may be deleted after success; original files stay on the device unless you remove them.

5. License to use the App

LiteShoper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ParcelCam on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App except as allowed by law.

6. Purchases, subscriptions & ads

7. Third-party services

The App may use Google Play Billing, AdMob, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Drive, and our license server. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes by those providers.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiteShoper disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect watermark burn-in on every device, or that backups will always succeed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiteShoper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 20.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
