Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026. This policy describes how ParcelCam (“the App”), published by LiteShoper, handles information. Package ID: com.oniapp.packproof.

1. Summary

ParcelCam is a packing-evidence camera for sellers and warehouses. Videos, photos, and AWB metadata you create are stored on your device (or storage you choose in the App). We do not operate a ParcelCam cloud that stores your packing media by default. Optional Google Drive backup uploads only when you sign in and start a backup.

2. Data on your device

• Packing videos and finish / proof photos
• AWB / barcode values you scan or type
• Optional shop, operator, notes, and checklist fields
• App settings (quality, language, watermark, backup options, etc.)
• Local database of packing history and integrity hashes

You control export, share, delete, and backup of this content through the App and your device storage.

3. Permissions

• Camera / microphone — to record packing evidence
• Storage / media — to save and open files
• Network — license checks, ads, analytics, optional Google Sign-In / Drive backup, and LAN remote preview
• Notifications — save progress and optional alerts

4. Google Sign-In & Google Drive backup

If you use Google Drive backup (Pro), the App may ask you to sign in with Google and grant limited Drive access (drive.file): create, read, update, and delete only files and folders the App creates (for example a “ParcelCam Backups” folder). The App does not request access to your entire Drive.

When you run a backup, the App packages selected packing evidence into ZIP files and uploads them to your Google account. Temporary ZIP files on the phone are deleted after a successful upload. Original videos and photos remain on the device unless you delete them yourself.

Google’s processing of your Google Account and Drive data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can revoke access in your Google Account permissions at any time.

5. Remote companion (LAN)

When you enable Camera remote host, preview frames and control commands stay on your local Wi‑Fi / hotspot between your phones. They are not uploaded to LiteShoper servers as part of that feature.

6. Advertising & analytics

The free version may show ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect device advertising identifiers and usage signals under Google’s policies. Firebase Analytics / Cloud Messaging may be used for aggregate usage, crash-related signals, and optional notifications.

Ad sellers are authorized in app-ads.txt on this domain.

7. Purchases & licensing

In-app purchases and Pro entitlements are processed by Google Play. A device UUID / account code and purchase tokens may be checked with our license service so your plan and device limits work across phones. We do not receive your Google password.

8. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not require your name, email, or phone number to use the free App (unless you choose to put operator/shop text into watermarks or notes, or you sign in with Google for Drive backup).
• We do not upload packing videos to LiteShoper servers by default.

9. Children

ParcelCam is intended for business / seller use. It is not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
